Wiki Article

"Hatchet III" (2013) is the horror film that continues to tell the tale of Victor Crowley, the evil ghost. BJ McDonnell directed the film that is the third and final installment in Hatchet's film series. Kane Hodder is starring alongside Danielle Harris and Zach Galligan.

The movie follows Crowley, a group local hunters and the survivors of earlier films as they are hunted down by Crowley. The background of Crowley and the circumstances that has led him to become the murderous ghost from the past is examined in the film.

The cast and crew of the film did an excellent job in making these characters come to life. Kane Hodder was a great actor who played Crowley. The effects that were employed by Crowley in bringing the ghost's spectre to life were impressive and enhanced the film's horror aspect.

The film's realistic special effects were a positive. They added an element of horror to the film. The film's pacing was excellent, and kept (blog post) the audience on their toes.

But, it follows the same formulas as the earlier films in the series. It makes it seem like it is repeating the same story. It was hard to follow some parts of the plot because it was confusing.

Overall, "Hatchet III," although it was similar to the Hatchet films that preceded it, was enjoyable. The practical effects and the pacing were great however the plot and my familiarity with the plot prevented it from being as strong as possible. This movie is a must-see if you are a fan of the series and you enjoy slasher movies.
